The Bloom City Group is a vertically integrated cannabis company.
It opened its first dispensary, Bloom City Club, in Ann Arbor in August of 2015. It was unofficially the #1 dispensary in terms of revenue in Ann Arbor in 2017 and 2018. Bloom was granted a State license in September 2018. It will open its second location in Burton MI in September 2019. Bloom has been awarded additional local permits in Detroit, Sturgis, Emmet Twp, Battle Creek and Bay City. It is actively looking for additional locations throughout Michigan.
It’s processing facility, Peregrine Manufacturing, was licensed in September 2018 and is currently selling products to over 60 licensed provisioning centers in Michigan. It specializes in producing edibles under its TreeTown brand, like brownies, gummies, and cookies as well as tinctures, capsules and its trademarked CannaMelt. It also produces vape cartridges and RSO under the Galactic Meds brand.
Peregrine will open its first cultivation operation in October 2019 in Ypsilanti MI.

Allison is a Michigan licensed attorney with Huron Valley Law Associates in Ann Arbor, MI. She practices in the business aspects of Michigan’s medical marijuana law. She previously worked at Kerr & Russell in Detroit in the highly regulated area of federal and state health care law, which is a natural fit for this highly regulated industry.
Prior to becoming a lawyer in 2006, Allison was a human resource professional at Perdue Farms in Maryland and a technical writer for Paycheck Inc. In these roles, Ms. Ireton worked with officials from federal wage and hour and the equal employment opportunity commission. She also dealt extensively with rules and regulations regarding federal and state payroll tax liabilities. This breadth of experience makes her an ideal administrative operations manager and compliance officer.
Allison is the point person for Investor inquiries and spends a good deal of her time looking for new provisioning center partnership opportunities.
